Refund Policy

At pulseon.fr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, please follow the instructions below in accordance with French law.

Return Period

You have a period of 30 days after receiving your package to request a return via our email address hello.pulseon@gmail.com. Returns will no longer be accepted after this 30-day period.

Return Procedure

• Once your return request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 to 48 hours regarding the acceptance or refusal of your return. If accepted, we will send you a return label along with the necessary instructions to send back the product.
• Return Fees:
• Covered by pulseon.fr: If the return is due to our error (wrong product received, wrong color, defective product, etc.), or if you choose an exchange or exchange for store credits, we cover the return shipping costs.
• Return fees for refund (for France): For returns made for a refund, €6 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return and handling fees.

Return Shipping Deadline

The customer has a maximum of 30 days after the return request is accepted to send us the package. After this period, the return may be refused.

Condition of Returned Products

We ask that you return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging. If the product is returned damaged, incomplete, or without packaging, additional fees may apply, or the exchange or refund may be refused.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refund: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time to the payment method used by the customer at the time of the original purchase.
• Exchange: If you exchange your products for a more expensive or less expensive product, you will be refunded the difference or will need to pay the difference if the product is more expensive.
• Store Credits: You can choose to receive credits to use in our store. These credits are valid for 6 months and can be transferred to another customer.

Geographical Areas Covered

This return and refund policy applies to orders in France, with the same conditions applying, except that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
